About Zhineng Chi Kung
Zhineng Chi Kung, also known as the Wisdom Energy Practice, is a modern system of energy cultivation developed by Dr. Pang Ming, a highly respected Chinese medical doctor and master of internal arts.

Dr. Pang is known for integrating Western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and modern science, creating one of the most comprehensive approaches to energy and consciousness. 

Developed in the 1980s, Zhineng Chi Kung combines gentle movement, conscious breathing, and focused awareness to harmonise body, mind, and environment.

Its aim is to gather, transform, and direct life energy (Qi), promoting health, emotional balance, and mental clarity. 

Unlike more physically demanding practices, it is accessible to all ages and levels of fitness.
 It can be practised standing or seated, making it an ideal method to integrate into corporate settings — even directly from the desk.

The true power of Chi Kung lies in learning to guide the mind with softness and awareness.
The Founder

Patricia Arias is the founder and principal instructor of Conscious Energy Life.

After more than two decades in international corporate environments, she combined her professional expertise with her passion for energy practices and mindfulness to create a holistic, practical approach to wellbeing at work.

A certified Zhineng Chi Kung (Chi Kung / Tai Chi) instructor (Levels 1–3, China), Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher (Mindfulness Association, UK) and Hatha Yoga Instructor (Dharma Yoga Center, New York), Patricia bridges Eastern wisdom with Western professionalism.

Having lived and worked in London, South Africa, China, and Spain, she brings a global perspective and an inclusive teaching style that inspires clarity, connection, and calm resilience.

During the COVID period, HarbourVest Partners, a leading global investment firm, integrated live online Mindfulness sessions led by Patricia Arias, who at the time worked internally as an Executive Assistant in the London office.
